Customers are advised not to accept the parcel if the security seal is broken or the package appears damaged. Acceptance of a visibly damaged parcel may affect our ability to verify transit-related damage claims. However, this shall not affect any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Kesar Vastram shall not be responsible for:
· Damage caused by improper washing, ironing, drying, or storage.
· Colour bleeding, fading, shrinkage, or fabric damage resulting from failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
· Damage caused by the use of harsh detergents, bleach, chemicals, or machine washing where hand washing or dry cleaning is recommended.
· Alterations, repairs, modifications, or misuse of the product after delivery.
· Natural wear and tear resulting from regular use of the product.
