RETURN POLICY

At Kesar Vastram, every garment is carefully inspected before dispatch. As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, print placement, fabric texture, and thread work are a natural part of the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Returns Conditions:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of major damage or manufacturing defects.

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• An unboxing video is mandatory to support any damage or defect claim. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

• The customer is responsible for arranging and bearing the return shipping cost.

• Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the exchange or refund (if approved) will be processed.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted For

• Incorrect size selection.

• Change of mind or personal preference.

• Minor colour variations due to screen settings.

• Natural variations in fabric, print placement, thread work, or handcrafted details.

• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
